The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device (i.e., removing operating system-imposed restrictions), as it may compromise your device’s security, increase vulnerability to malware, and prevent the Application from functioning as intended.

5. User Responsibilities and Connectivity
a. Internet Connectivity
To function fully, certain features of the Application require an active internet connection. This may include Wi-Fi or mobile data services, which are your responsibility to maintain. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application is inaccessible due to lack of internet access or if you incur data charges.
b. Mobile Network Charges
When using the Application on mobile data, your mobile provider’s terms, including data usage and roaming charges, apply. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile network provider while using the Application.
c. Device Requirements
It is your responsibility to keep your device charged and maintained. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application becomes inaccessible due to device battery depletion or hardware issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider aims to ensure that the Application remains accurate, up-to-date, and reliable, they do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You agree that the Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or reliance on the Application, including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, or personal injury.
7. Updates and Compatibility
The Service Provider may release updates to enhance, improve, or expand the Application. By using the Application, you agree to accept updates when they are made available. The Service Provider does not guarantee compatibility with future operating system versions or device models.
Should the Service Provider choose to discontinue the Application, they may terminate your access at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights and licenses to the Application will cease, and you must delete the Application from your device.
8. Termination of Rights and Licenses
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if you violate any part of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you are required to:
- Immediately cease use of the Application.
- Delete the Application from all devices if required.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Application following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Service Provider’s principal place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
